Request for a "Public" forum for AkA Clan UT2k3

I would have had posted my request in the proper forum, but seems like I cannot post there...

FireFly[AkA] has requested to have a Public forum started up here in BTP, I think that they already have a private forum of their own here, so It should be added to it.

Let me know if you guys need anything else. Request for color will be coming later if needed.
