I have been having a blast playing 99 lately. Been playing on the "44oz Home of Turbo Instagib" server. It is a lot of fun to play at that speed. Almost like the game was meant to be played like that to me now. I jumped on a regular speed server and felt like I was crawling! I was actually asked to join a clan last night. lol

We could all go join if we want to. The name of the clan is Silent Killers and they all pretty much suck from what I have seen. They advertise on their server "Want to join? Go to...".

1. UT99 Instagib has both feet in the grave already.
2. Clans whose recruitment policies are so slack, that you can join as easily as you join a public forum..... usually dont last that long.

The Turbo IG server I have been playing on is really good. I have seen a lot of old skewl peeps up in there. Trikki Woo{69} was a recent blast from the past. I can't remember everyone else. A couple of clan DOH guys maybe. I have fun in there on a daily basis.

Regular Instagib is fuckin dead. I never got into turbo, and clanned in ZP for a little while but didnt enjoy it as much.

Maybe UT3 can bring the community back. I just got a HUGE fuckin raise today and might actually be able to afford a new gaming rig.

I'm not sure of the IP as I am not at home at the moment. But, it is the 44oz Turbo Instagib server...or something like that. I saved it to my favs. It is almost always 12/12 players. So you can sort your CTF list by players and find it that way I guess; considering there are only about 20 populated servers in CTF anymore. And those are mostly Strangelove, Bunny Tracks, and Sniper.

I will try to remember to get the actual IP if I remember and you have not found it by then.

BTW, I feel that Turbo is the way the game was meant to be played now. I went back and tried to play normal speed and OMG! It seemed soooooo sloooooooow.
