I get this message ....The 32 bit device driver CDRPWD(01) + 0000AD23 has attempted to use a system service which is not loaded. And then I have to hit keys and it continues to load .Anyone know how to get rid of this .TIA

Looks like a device driver for your CDROM writer, did you replace the hard drive and reinstall everything?

I didn't change the driver but i reloaded the software

You may want to uninstall the software and do a fresh install.

I've had it Mozart I just wanna go and buy and new computer and get rid of this POS. I'll try it everything is running slow I get fatal errors Someone at Dell is going to pay for this big time.
