shell replacement for windows. i used to use it all the time but i havent really liked where litestep went lately so i stopped using it a little over a year ago. but it has lots of plugin modules, one of which is a winamp plugin which would account for why he looks like winamp is built right into his desktop

It is desktop X and i run 1600 x 1200. Desktop X is wonderful - also have windowblinds running over it too. Only takes like 15megs of ram and it makes windows SO much better :) I have full versions of both if you are interested in try it. I just like Desktop X cause it makes my machine more like linux :)

Basicly I made that desktop every feature there, and i add stuff in if i want. whenever.

i asked org about this since he can't get online right now.... he took that screen back in college when he was bored one day so he decided to run his linux box with 3 monitors side by side. that pic is one screenshot of his entire desktop. haha ;)

download trillian, it uses your buddies from like 5 different messengers and irc.

i have 4 phone lines in my house my internet is line 2 and whenever someone calls it lags me for some reason, i get really pissed cause my mom is a real estate agent and people are non stop calling throughout the day so my ping blows a donkey nut, i had better connect speed on my old computer cause it was hooked upthrough the internet through our fax machine so there was 0 lag.......

Hey guys, don't I know some of you. The alias Arioch seems familiar and I have definitely seen the desktops posted by mrfroste before. Any of you ever play Quake2? Familiar with Clan FSLR2, NCC or QSS? Ever played Q2 at Sentry's Kick Ass CTF?

Hi Seven, I can't believe you used the Q word in here. Everytime I bring up the word Quake everyone looks at me funny. :D I use to play Q2 but never with a clan and very rarely on-line. Mostly around town at local LAN parties. People around where I live don't play UT.

UT was the first game i ever played online and ut203 is the second.

so i guess im a noob. My first computer i got a couple of years ago.

You suck....I started with Quake World as my first on-line game and then went to Quake2, UT, TFC, Quake3, Counter Strike and finally UT3. I know, I really need to get more sunlight. :D

Ok, I hope I didnt offend anyone particularly Mozartts pants. The first online game I had everplayed was Half life. I thought it was kool then i was introduced to UT. From there on never playeyed another online game except for UT2003. I lead such a sheltered life.:D

Wow...you need to go shopping in the bargin bin at Best Buy. Let me see, Tribes2 was a cool game. If you have Half-Life, just upgrade to the latest version and then download Counter Strike and then Team Fortress. The hunted in Counter Strike is just the most fun you can not involving sex. But sometimes playing naked is also fun!!!! :D

jesus, the first online game I ever played was LORD, Legend Of the Red Dragon on my friend's BBS. you're all way too new-skool for me, I was kickin it online about 6 or 7 years before Moz started playing QW. :D

dude, bbs's were around 15 years ago. when i was on the bbs was when i first chose this nick, and have had it ever since. that was in Jr High for me, which was.... count count count........ 11 years ago or so? 7th grade for me, which means I was 12 or 13, so yeah 10 or 11 years ago. w00t to owning my nick for a decade! I just realized that :D

of course, i had to stop playing when the FBI raided my buddy's place for hosting warez on it. and yes, my buddy was in my grade. kinda a big thing in our area when a 13-yr-old has the FBI break in his door and seize his computers. hehe. Of course, I also have a friend who hacked the CIA database and then 6 years later had them show up at his door, say they know what he did, and would he like a job. He actually turned them down, because it had the whole stigma of the "never see anyone you currently know ever again" like you hear about in movies, but it sure scared the shit out of him since after that long he obviously thought he had gotten away with it.
