So did you test any of your ranger trips? Have a deer has a pet?

Nah no deer as a pet. I have three cats. Where would I keep a deer? I don't have room for a dog??? We did get pics of a fawn that seemingly was without his mother. We suspect wolves or cougars got mom. Not sure if the little one will survive the winter or not. :P

Now that's a dog!!! Talk about being safe, I believe you could even take it camping and not have to worry about anything in the woods.

Yeah they are cool. Otherwise we'd be getting a Newfie. :) I love Newfie's but I want one trained as a sled dog! Yeah we thought about taking my friends Rottie mix since he's inclined to stay attached to her and not wander off but we wouldn't have been able to take him in the canoe.

LOL The canoe is big enough we just weren't sure he'd stay in it or not and flip it in the middle of the lake!

They're not know for their love of water. :) That may be a problem, now a lab in a canoe and I got five bucks that saids he in the water ten feet from shore.
