I've been activated for Iraq. I leave October 2nd, I'm to report to Ft. Lauderdale, Missouri for inprocessing, then to Ft. Huachuca, AZ for training.

I know I haven't been active and for that I apologize but it sounds like you guys are kickin ass and takin' names.

But it looks like I'l miss CoD2 :(

Well, are you gonna take a laptop then? If so, can you play FPS type games on it?

If yer gonna be gone that long, I'd definately buy a laptop before going an take it with. If not, buying one there while deployed isn't too difficult but the shipping time would be like 30+ days to get there.

Having a laptop while deployed is a mental lifesaver -- movies, music, etc, etc.
