The jury handed thier verdict, no need for the city to be a bunch of stiff asses about every singe conversation she makes. Personally I think she should have gotten her year or 2 in the slammer and be done with it. With her probation, theres gonna be all kinds of pitfalls and bullshit, the media is gonna be all up her ass about it. At the end of the day she had sex with a child - She is fucked in the head because of doing it and the kid is one of the luckiest bastards in the entire universe to some people. :)

That is just a warped way of thinking. I don't care if the kid was a male. She is still a predator, blonde and pretty or not. She violated her oath as a teacher broke the trust of many. What man have you ever heard of that was convicted for having sex with an underage female got 2 years or less? The double standard is appalling and it disgusts me.
