You can only get it after doing the northern wall coop quest.
Don't laugh too hard at me but I finally found out what skill points are used for.Planning to buy some skills the next time I log in. They've got very cool axe attacks they should look uber cool when I click on them.

Yes I have and now since I've completed a lot of the lower quests I'm quite stocked up on skills. Now I need to study to see which to use and when.

Added a new green item listing, this only applies to the new Grenth's Footprint
and Sorrow's Furnace area of the game.
Sweet goodies.
Notice that green items are different because there from a boss and found nowhere else.
Yeah I did and their max dam is 3 higher than anything else.
Only 3 points? I would expect a lot more damage coming from a boss weapon.
